This is the Connecticut NRA Basic Pistol permit Class required in order to obtain your State of Connecticut pistol Carry Permit. Learn safe pistol handling procedures in a comfortable, safe, friendly environment. We offer small class sizes and individual attention to each of our students, ensuring that you get the most out of your training. We offer one and two day classes, weekday and weekend's are available.

The $120.00 cost of our class includes the NRA basic Pistol course packet, use of our fire arms (pistols), ammunition, safety gear and range time, there are no hidden costs. You will shoot 3 calibers, 3 actions. Not sure what that means, you will after the class!!

We have women classes. Don't be intimidated, let me show you how much fun you can have target shooting. You can do it! All my students leave the class room confident in their skills and looking forward to their first pistol.

The First Steps Pistol Class is for you!

Bought a new pistol and want to learn how to shoot and maintain it, have a pistol that you haven't shot in a while or forgot how to clean it, then this program is for you. You bring your firearm and ammunition, and I will show you how to shoot and maintain your pistol. This program is specific to your firearm.
