NRA Basic Rifle Course:
Learn how to shoot in a safe comfortable environment.
Jacks NRA Class is now offering the NRA Basic Rifle Class. This Course consists of rifle marksmanship, safe handling, rifle parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range rules, live fire, and continued opportunities for further development. The class consists of classroom presentations as well as live fire portions at the range. All students will receive the NRA Basic Rifle Packet, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, take a Shooting Student Examination, and a Course completion certificate. The live fire portion consists of shooting various calibers from 5 different positions; Bench-rest, standing, kneeling, sitting, and prone. Its a great way to learn how to properly shoot a rifle under supervision of a experienced instructor.
The Class is 14 hours long over 2 days of instruction. The cost is $250 per student. All range time, ammuntion, safety items are included in price.
